A conscious yoga practice enables the processing and shifting of life to have a clearer, stronger, more flexible anchoring of growth.
In Ashja’s yoga, we are taught through breath, awareness and movement to see what has previously been unseen – unconscious – lived in the shadow, and bring it to the light.
Classes begin with meditation and focus on breath to connect with the highest source and expand that energy. The practice then moves into asana – postures, where our unconscious is held and can be seen through movement.
In these classes, each student is individually met and guided according to their own personal requirements, whether they be physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.
The unique style of teaching that Ashja provides, allows each student to work at their own personal journey, as well as enjoying a group cohesion.
