MEDITATION CLASSES

In meditating, we create a space within where we observe all that arises. 

During our day to day lives we have lost the ability to stay connected with our inner world, especially with the difficult emotions. We bury them with our fast paced life - making our lives busier, eating or exercising to avoid, watching television, computer games etc. 
These unmet emotions pile up, accumulating to, over time create dis-ease, unhappiness, lack of fulfilment, depression. 


In meditation sessions with Ashja, we take time to stay with what ‘really is ‘. We take time to breath. We take time to engage ourselves in the moment. We take time to uncover the authentic self. 
Ashja’s ability to hold space and gently guide the students in their process, makes it a meditation that is accessible to all levels of practice - including none!
